A recommendation you don’t have to qualify.
Every couple you refer reflects on you. What follows is what you would be putting your name behind, stated plainly enough that you can decide.
The part your client sees, and the part only you see.
Something to stand behind
A private site on the family’s own domain, with code-based guest access and a guest list that lives in their own file rather than inside a platform. If a client asks what becomes of it afterwards, the answer is straight: the domain and the list are theirs either way, a live site is kept live for a modest annual fee, nothing is ever switched off without ample notice, and a site that rests can be woken for the anniversary or whatever follows.
A guest list you never reconcile
The site and the working guest list are one record. RSVPs, headcounts, and dietary notes land in it directly, so the count you need on a Tuesday afternoon is the count that is already there. No export, no merge, no chasing a couple for their latest spreadsheet.
One point of contact
You work with us, not a support queue. Questions get answered by the person who built the thing. If you would rather we speak to the couple directly, we will; if you would rather everything route through you, that works too.
No branding in front of your client
Nothing on the finished site advertises us. No badge in the footer, no platform name in the address, no upsell shown to a guest. The work reads as the family’s, and as yours.
Four steps, and you are only in the first one.
You make the introduction
An email with the two of us on it is enough. Tell us the date if it is set and the shape of the event. Nothing formal, and nothing you have to prepare.
We scope it directly with the family
One conversation establishes which engagement fits — The Foundation Suite or The Bespoke Commission — and what the site has to do. You are welcome on that call and you are not needed on it.
The domain is registered in their name
At intake, on their own account, before any design work begins. Ownership is established first so it is never a thing to negotiate later.
We build, and you get the guest list
You are given access to the live record from the day it exists. It stays current on its own from the first RSVP through the last change of plans.
Two structures, discussed directly.
There are two ways to work together. The first is per referral, arranged case by case. The second is a standing partnership for planners who intend to place this with more than one client a year.
Terms are settled in conversation, not published on a page — they depend on the engagement and on how much of the client relationship you want to hold. Ask, and you will get a straight answer in the first exchange.
One reply, no automated sequence. We read every inquiry ourselves.
