Private Event Websites

For Couples

A private home for your wedding — and everything after it.

Your palette, your words, your guest list. Each household receives a private code and sees the part that applies to them — and the list itself is your own file throughout, on an address registered in your name.

What You Get

A private address, and the system behind it.

A domain in your name

Registered on your own account at intake, before any design work begins — not a page inside someone else’s address, and not something you would have to ask us to release later. The domain is yours to keep whatever comes next.

A guest list that is literally your own file

Your guest list is your own spreadsheet, in your hands from the first day. The site reads from it in real time, so a response arrives as a headcount, a dietary note and a mobile number already sitting where you need them — not as an email waiting to be transcribed the week before the wedding. Your list is never inside our system; ours reads from yours.

A private door rather than a public link

Each household receives its own code. Entering it shows them their own details and no one else’s. There is no open form on the internet with your family’s plans behind it, and a guest who has lost their code is answered by a person rather than by a form that would confirm who is on the list.

A page that differs by guest

The wedding party sees its call time. Family driving in sees lodging. Everyone sees the part that applies to them, drawn from the list you are already keeping — so there is no second version of the schedule to maintain, and no guest reading three paragraphs to find the one line meant for them.

A design made for this wedding

Palette, type, and the tone of every sentence built around your event rather than chosen from a menu of themes. Your stationery, your motif, your calligraphy — translated to the screen rather than approximated.

How It Works

Four steps, and the first one is an email.

Step One

You tell us about the event

The date if it is set, roughly how many people, and anything already decided. Nothing formal, and nothing you need to prepare in advance.

Step Two

We scope it with you

One conversation establishes which engagement fits — The Foundation Suite or The Bespoke Commission — and what the site actually has to do. If you are working with a planner, they are welcome on that call.

Step Three

The domain is registered in your name

On your own account, before design begins. Ownership is settled first so it is never something to negotiate later, and the annual renewal goes to your registrar rather than through us.

Step Four

We build it, and you keep it

The guest list goes live the day it exists and stays current on its own from the first response through the last change of plans. What you hold is your own domain and your own guest list — not a login to somebody else’s platform.

Afterward

The same address, for everything that follows.

A wedding is the first occasion, not the last. Most families never have the list from their own wedding five years on — the anniversary invitations get rebuilt from memory, and half the addresses are wrong. Yours stays intact, on the address you already own, with everyone still in it.

Which makes it the natural home for what comes next: an anniversary, a christening, a milestone birthday, a reunion of the same hundred people. Each is set up as its own engagement — the address and the list are already there, so it starts from something rather than from nothing.

Plainly, so it is never a surprise: a live site is kept live for a modest annual fee. Nothing is ever switched off without ample notice, and nothing is deleted. If you choose to stop, the site rests rather than disappears — it can be woken for a later occasion at a fraction of building it again. Throughout, the domain stays yours, your guest list is your own file and is unaffected, and the site itself can be handed over as a standing record of the day, without the live connections behind it. The domain renewal is billed by your own registrar, in your name.

Two Ways In

One system underneath both.

The Foundation Suite composes your palette, type, and copy onto a proven set of pages. The Bespoke Commission is built page by page for a singular occasion. Both run on the same infrastructure, and both end with the same thing in your hands.

Which one fits is a five-minute conversation, not a form. Both are quoted directly.

One reply, no automated sequence. We read every inquiry ourselves.
