The Foundation Suite
Your palette, your type, your copy, composed onto a proven set of pages on the shared system. Edit a detail and it is live within minutes. No developer, no deploy to wait on.
Begin an Inquiry →Private Event Websites
A private home for your event — where each guest sees what applies to them, responds in one place, and finds what they need without asking. Behind it, a single live guest list that stays current on its own.
They collect a response and little else. The design comes from a menu, the words come from a placeholder, and every guest sees the same page — whether they are standing up in the wedding party or driving four hours to attend.
Astelia builds the other kind. The design, the words, and what each guest sees are decided for this event and no other. The site reads from the same guest list the people running the day are working from, so what a guest sees is never out of date.
Custom design you can find. A guest experience built on the actual guest list, you can’t.
Everywhere else, the site and the guest list are two things someone keeps in sync by hand. Here there is one live record — the working list used for seating, catering counts, and day-of logistics — and the site reads from it and writes back to it directly. When a guest responds, that is not a message waiting to be transcribed. It is already there, already correct.

The family’s own spreadsheet, in their hands from the first day. The site reads from it in real time — the list is never inside our system; ours reads from theirs.
Registered in the family’s name, on their own account, at intake. The domain is theirs to keep, whatever comes next.
Private, code-based entry for guests — no public link circulating where it shouldn’t, no stranger finding the registry by accident.
A wedding is the first occasion, not the last. Most families never have the list from their own wedding five years on — the anniversary invitations get rebuilt from memory, and half the addresses are wrong. Yours does not expire with the day: it is your own file, and it is still there. When the anniversary, the christening or the reunion of the same hundred people comes, the same address and the same list can be brought back for it.
Every couple you refer reflects on you. Astelia gives you something considered enough to put your name behind, and takes the reconciling work off your desk. One point of contact, and nothing in front of your client that advertises us.
If you are planning your own wedding, the difference is plain: the domain is registered in your name before design begins, the guest list is a record you hold rather than an export you have to request, and none of it switches off once the wedding has happened.
The first site has been running quietly for a year — a private guest list, live RSVPs, and a family that has never once had to ask us to change something for them. A long planning window is exactly where a system like this earns its keep, and this one has been earning it since well before the invitations went out. Case details available on request.
Tell us which you are and what you are planning. We will read it ourselves and answer it ourselves.
One reply, no automated sequence. We read every inquiry ourselves.
